I am a digital and AI leader with a decade spanning strategy and delivery across financial services, automotive, and retail. I translate ambitious ideas into working products, from a $23M commerce platform to AI enabled CRM and machine learning driven customer journeys, and I pair that with the governance, MBA, and PMP discipline to make transformation stick. A tool I designed and built that assesses enterprise AI use cases against real regulatory frameworks, OSFI, the EU AI Act, NIST, and more, scoring risk across six categories and three levels of autonomy. It turns a vague “is this AI safe to deploy” question into a structured, defensible governance review. Designed for risk, compliance, and product teams to validate an agent hypothesis before scoping development; in an enterprise deployment it would be customized to the organization’s tech stack, operating-market regulations, internal policies, and RACIs. Built with Claude on Cloudflare’s edge, gated and live.
